Less than a month from now Ysselsteyn will once again host The Netherlands’ finest alternative festival. From Thursday June 25th until Saturday June 27th, Jera On Air will ensure three worthy festival days filled with the finest punk, hardcore and metal bands.
This year we are already celebrating the 32nd edition of the festival, the organization has once again brought on a killer line-up. With seven stages on the grounds, there were plenty of spots needing to be filled. On Thursday we have Architects as headliner, while Friday ends with The Offspring and ending it all on Saturday is no one less than Papa Roach.
With the timetable still in the making, many people surely are anxiously waiting to find out if there will be some bad clashes in their pre-planned schedule. With this many talented bands, like Bad Nerves, TSS, Bury Tomorrow and many more ready to rock out, picking and choosing who to see will be a whole adventure on it’s own. Which stage will you spend the majority of the weekend?
With plenty of international bands on the line-up, we can’t forget our own national heroes who are playing this iconic festival. If you are heading to The Netherlands and want to check out our local bands, make sure to check out Curselifter, ILÆNDER, Distant, TAXITAXI and Sugar Spine.
Besides music, the festival grounds have lots of other stuff to offer, such as the usual foods and drinks, but also tattoo artists to get some brand new ink and multiple vendors bringing their merch and handmade items. You might even be able to meet your favourite bands at one of the signing sessions.
Tickets are still available and can be found here. Whether you want to come and hang out all three days for €239, or buy a dayticket for €99, attending Jera On Air will make sure you will go home with memories to remember. All information on the festival can be found on their website. It might be at the end of June, but remember to bring your rainboots and coat, as the weather in The Netherlands is as unpredictable as it can be.
