All About: Pukkelpop 2026

The end of August means we’re almost nearing the end of summer, and what better way to celebrate than at a festival like Pukkelpop. The Belgian city of Kiewit/Hasselt prepares for a massive four day party on August 20th to 23rd, as it’s one of the biggest music festivals of Europe.

The lineup offers a very wide range of genres, with about 8 stages to enjoy whatever you’re into. If you like pure rock, Yungblud is there for you on Friday. When you’re more into indie pop-rock, Florence + The Machine closes the Saturday off, and if you like intense rap, Tyler, The Creator is your headliner on Sunday. If none of the headliners hold your attention, there’s also the choice for Turnstile, Deftones, Sombr and more.

The festival prides itself in offering a stage for both the huge international names and the upcoming stars of the future. As there are over 150 acts performing over the weekend, you’ll never truly get bored. Amongst these acts, the festival offers a wide range of female acts in all the different genres as well, with Kelis, Audrey Hobert, Wet Leg, Zara Larsson, Natasha Bedingfield, Amyl and the Sniffers, Sprints and Violet Grohl some of the more notable ones.

Of course, the festival offers more than just music. The festival grounds open every morning at 11AM, and if you’re not bothered by any of the many acts playing yet, there’s the Boulevard Bizar offering (street)theatre, performance art and other fun ridiculousness. The ferris wheel offers a great view over the festival and its many food stands, offering everything your heart desires, including vegan and gluten-free options.

Unfortunately for late deciders though, the festival already sold out (for the most part, with only VIP tickets for Sunday still available).
