All About: Jera On Air 2025

At the end of June it’s time for the 31st edition of Jera On Air in Ysselsteyn, The Netherlands. From Thursday June 26th until Saturday June 28th, multiple stages will be packed with a full schedule. Bands from all over the world are attending, some for their first time and some who have been coming for years.

This is the biggest alternative festival in the Netherlands, and with it being in the south, many fans also make their way there from Belgium and Germany. The line-up is filled with both local heroes and staple bands from the scene, spread out over five stages, with Bullet For My Valentine, Pendulum, and Turnstile as headliners on the Eagle stage. John Coffey, Bony Macaroni, and I’ll Get By are some of the Dutch bands, who will be showing everyone that The Netherlands has great bands in the scene.

While this part of the music industry is mainly filled with men in the spotlight, this year will have some female power taking over the stages. Vukovi, The Haunt, South Arcade, Hot Milk, Jinjer, Catbite, Pvris, Karen Dío, and Poppy, to name a few, will rock their hearts out on stage.

Besides the live music, there will be loads to do at the festival grounds, like attending signing sessions, grabbing some food (with vegetarian and vegan options available), and browsing around the festival market or merchandise stands.

With a festival comes camping, which will be open from Thursday morning onwards, giving you some time to set up before heading down to the festival grounds. Forgot something? No worries, as there will be a camping store with all the necessities you might need. Fancy a bit more luxury? There are a few different options available to rent a tent with, for example, wooden flooring in it. They also have a special deal with the nearby Center Parcs, which is only a 30 minute bike ride away.

There are still tickets available for this great festival. A combi ticket granting access to all three days will cost you €239, while a one day ticket will run you €119. With many great bands on all days, going to the full festival is definitely worth your money and time. A camping ticket adds €40 to the bill, which is not bad for it being at a walking distance from the festival grounds. You can even pre-order beer, water, popup tents and more, which you will be able to pick up in the camping shop when you get there. Less stuff to drag around!
