From August 13th until August 15th, this year’s Reload Festival will once again take place in Sulingen, Germany. The festival is already on to its 18th edition, getting closer to their 20 year celebration. Each year, the festival lineup features bands for everyone to enjoy, and this year the headliners are Judas Priest, In Flames and Arch Enemy.
The festival offers something to enjoy for people from all generations, with newer bands like Future Palace, thrown., and Kim Dracula, as well as bands that have been around for over 20 years, such as Lamb Of God, Godsmack and Black Label Society.
The festival now offers a special campground, reserved for anyone with disabilities, called the ‘Barrier Breakers Camp’. You do have to register and can stay with a group of up to five people. This campsite is still a work in progress, so for the flushing toilets and showers you do have to make your way over to the dedicated area a short walk away. The silent campsite is also still an option, for anyone who values their nighttime and a good night’s rest. All you have to do is ask about the silent camping area upon your arrival, and there will be no loud music keeping you up all night.
There are still tickets available, so if you’re free from August 13th-15th, it is definitely worth checking out. A Combi Ticket for all three days costs €219, which includes entry to the camping grounds. Can’t make it to all of the days? No worries, because separate day tickets are also available. Thursday costs €99, while Friday and Saturday each cost €109. Tickets can be found here.
