Festival season is in full swing, but we are already looking forward to the end of August. Superbloom Festival will be held for its fourth edition on August 30th and 31st in Munich. The two days are filled with both amazing live sets and plenty of things to do around the grounds.
Both national and international names made their way onto this year’s line-up, with Shawn Mendes playing his only German festival on Saturday! Plenty of big names are coming, like Post Malone, Hozier and Tiësto, but also lesser known acts are ready to be discovered. Even if you might not have heard of some names, be sure to check out the smaller stages as well to potentially find your new favourite artist. Make sure to not miss out on artists like Conan Gray, Giant Rooks, Suki Waterhouse, Wasia Project and many more.
If you somehow find yourself having a moment without any artists you would like to see, which is hard with this line-up, you can enjoy yourself around the festival grounds with workshops, performances and listen to inspiring talks. You can also learn about technology, like how mobile water filters can produce drinking water and test your skills with impairment goggles in a driving simulator.
Festivals usually come with camping, which is part of the experience. Unfortunately that is not an option for this festival and you have to find an accommodation nearby in Munich. There are plenty of options, but they are selling quickly or asking for a higher price during the festival weekend. If you prefer an easier option you can book the 2-for-1 package, which combines the festival admission ticket with an overnight stay in a premium hotel.
Tickets are going quickly, but are still available on the festival website. Visitors have three options: regular, comfort or comfort deluxe. The latter two offer fast lane access and entry to exclusive areas as well as plenty of other benefits. The weekend ticket is available for €214/279/449 respectively. If you would rather only attend one day of the festival, you can get those for €124/149/249. Even with the economy getting more and more expensive, the tickets got a bit cheaper compared to last year. All info on the different types of tickets can be found here.
