The final day of Frequency 2025 had arrived. This time, we started at Green Stage to watch Conny, a rap artist from Cologne. He performed together with Liser, a fellow German rapper, and they were so cute. Because of the heat, they sadly had technical difficulties. While trying to fix them, Liser entertained the crowd until they decided the show must go on and still put on an amazing performance, and the crowd members brave enough to show up in the heat were dancing and having fun.
Aurora was next on our list. The Norwegian artist performed on Space Stage, and as soon as she came out, she captivated the crowd with her ethereal looks, fae-like dancing and amazing vocals. She also tried out some German by wishing everyone a “Guten Tag oder Guten Abend maybe“. Aurora also told the crowd about the meanings of her songs in a very charming way, performing songs like ‘A Soul With No King’, her most well-known song ‘Runaway’ and ‘Giving In to the Love’.
Only on the third day did we manage to make our way to the Red Bull Stage, which was indoors. It was a nice way to cool down a little bit from the heat, at least until Wiz The MC heated up the crowd with his amazing energy and performance of songs like ‘Show Me Love’ and ‘Take My Mind’. An obligatory “Oida“ by the German to the Austrian crowd was not to be missed.
Bonez MC was next to perform on Space Stage. We caught a little bit of his set with a huge crowd. Mosh pits were created, well-known songs like ‘In meinem Benz’, ‘500 PS’, ‘Palmen aus Plastik’, as well as ‘Toyota’ and ‘Extacy’ were performed with amazing energy, both by the crowd and by Bonez on stage.
Fääschtbänkler was a surprise we did not see coming. While we did not actively watch the set, we could hear the music, and it was amazing. They bring a twist to folk music, by including medleys of songs by artists like Snoop Dogg and Coldplay or remixing known sounds such as ‘The Pink Panther Theme’.
For the second time this day, we made our way to the Red Bull Stage, this time to watch Picture This perform. For us, this was one of the biggest surprises of Frequency. While we didn’t know the band before, we left the set as fans. The energy, the interactions as a band and with the crowd, the vocals and music played were all amazing. The crowd was also really energetic: with a special shoutout to the cute group at the front left, bringing such an amazing energy with them, something amazing to watch. Picture This was amazing, and after Shawn and Chappell Roan, my personal highlight of Frequency.
Kygo took the stage to close Space Stage and Frequency Festival 2025. The Norwegian DJ played many of his well-known songs, and the crowd danced, sang along and had a good time. In my opinion, a good DJ set should never miss an ABBA song, and I think Kygo and I have the same opinion on that, as he played a remix of ‘Gimme! Gimme! Gimme! (A Man After Midnight)’. The set ended with stunning fireworks, which we sadly had to watch from our shuttle bus, as we had to leave during ‘Firestone’ to catch our train.
All in all, Frequency was an amazing experience and a great opportunity to discover new artists, as well as see some of our favourite artists perform live. Kraftklub, Ski-Aggu, SDP, BBNO$ and Souly were already announced for Frequency 2026, and we are looking forward to it!
