Spotlight: Full Circle

Four young men that have a talent for singing and dancing, and love to do both on stage: Full Circle is a boyband in the most classic definition of the word. You may recognise band members Jagger Moon (21), James Herron (19), Jason Pieters (19) and Sean Garrity (18) from their iconic boy band trend TikToks, in which they dance and playback to songs by popular boy bands such as One Direction, the Jonas Brothers, Big Time Rush, BTS, and the Backstreet Boys. If you haven’t seen these videos, though, don’t worry: now’s the time to discover Full Circle!

The US-based boy band debuted on January 20^th 2022, with their first single ‘Transparency’. Although the band is still quite new, they have already released fourteen singles in total, five of which were released in 2023. The band members have known each other since they were children, when they were all active in the dance industry. When the idea came to form a band, the four members felt like it was really a full circle moment, thus the name of the group was born. 

The band has gradually been gaining popularity since, through their addictive TikTok videos filled with good dance moves, as well as their catchy pop songs- with influences from artists such as Michael Jackson, Bruno Mars, Billie Eilish, and Justin Timberlake. They were set to go on the Boys of Summer tour this year, but after its unfortunate cancellation the band has been doing a school tour, performing for students across the US. Furthermore, they have a show planned in Brazil, at the Somos Festival, on November 26^th, 2023. Although they have not yet announced a European tour, we live in hope! 

One thing that is special about Full Circle is that they spend a lot of time interacting with their fans, “the Infinities”, and getting feedback from them. They often reply to fans’ messages on social media such as Instagram and Twitter and organise fan contests to win prizes such as a virtual meet and greet with the band. Their fans will always feel the mutual love from the band! 

In conclusion; if you love boybands, Full Circle is really worth your time. Their newest single, ‘Vegas’, which was released on the 22^nd of September, makes you want to get up and dance along! Make sure to give it a listen here.
